About Us

Wholistic MENtorship is led by experienced practitioners who bring academic depth, leadership experience, and real-world mentorship into every engagement. The work is grounded in clarity, responsibility, and disciplined execution.

Who We Are

Wholistic MENtorship exists to help men regain clarity, alignment, and disciplined forward movement in seasons of pressure and responsibility. This is professional mentorship grounded in structure, accountability, and lived experience. It is not therapy and not motivational hype.

The work is designed for men who are capable, responsible, and committed to growth, but who recognize the need for clear perspective and consistent accountability.

Why We Exist

Most men do not fail because they lack ability or effort. They drift because clarity erodes under pressure.

Wholistic MENtorship was created to address that gap. The work focuses on helping men identify blind spots, clarify priorities, and translate insight into disciplined action across the areas of life that matter most.

Our Approach

Wholistic MENtorship is structured, direct, and practical.

Sessions follow a consistent framework that emphasizes:

  • Honest assessment of current realities

  • Clear identification of misalignment and pressure points

  • Focused decision-making and prioritization

  • Defined action steps and accountability

The process adapts to the client’s current season without losing long-term direction.

What “Wholistic” Means

Wholeness is not perfection. It is alignment.

The mentorship framework recognizes that every area of a man’s life is connected. Neglect in one area eventually affects the others. Mentorship addresses the whole person across four integrated domains:

  • Spiritual and Emotional – identity, mindset, and internal stability

  • Physical and Nutritional – discipline, energy, and stewardship of the body

  • Professional and Financial – leadership responsibility, execution, and direction

  • Relational – marriage, family, brotherhood, and relationship with self

Our Commitment

Wholistic MENtorship is committed to:

  • Professional, confidential mentorship

  • Clear boundaries and expectations

  • Respect for each man’s responsibility and agency

  • A process grounded in integrity and long-term growth

This work exists to help men move from confusion to clarity, from drift to direction, and from insight to disciplined execution.

Dr. Ogle holds a doctorate in General Psychology, with research focused on mentorship and success in higher education. Throughout his career, Dr. Ogle has worked closely with men navigating pressure, leadership strain, identity confusion, burnout, and transition. His work is rooted in the understanding that most capable men do not fail due to lack of ability, but due to lack of clarity under pressure. Wholistic MENtorship was created to address that gap.

Dr. Ogle’s approach integrates evidence-based psychology, structured mentorship principles, and a biblical worldview that honors the whole person: spiritual and emotional, physical and nutritional, professional and financial, and relational. Sessions are direct, practical, and accountability-driven, designed to move men from insight into consistent action.

In addition to his mentorship work, Dr. Ogle has served as an adjunct instructor, curriculum developer, executive pastor, and organizational leader. This diverse background allows him to recognize patterns quickly, ask incisive questions, and help men clarify priorities and execute with integrity.

Men who work with Dr. Ogle are not looking for hype or surface-level motivation. They are seeking clarity, structure, and a mentor who can speak plainly, challenge blind spots, and support disciplined follow-through.
